Economics
Summer Assignments
Required for upcoming seniors - In preparation for the Internal Assessment, students need to find four (4) articles that have microeconomic implications and two (2) articles that have macroeconomic implications. In addition to finding the articles, students need to state the economic concept that is most relevant to the articles and draw a neat diagram that applies to each article.
Additionally, - Seniors need to read the this section titled "What is Money?" Understanding money as a concept is necessary when considering inflation and government policies. The history of banking, especially in the 20th century, is very relevant to many of the macroeconomic concepts that were introduced during the junior year and upon which we will build in the senior year.
